BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After notification of confirmation of the reservation, an advance payment of € 300.00 / person is required by bank transfer, sending an email with the document confirming the transaction, or via paypal within 5 working days.

Failure to settle the mentioned amount means that the reservation is not confirmed.

If the advance payment is made via bank transfer, the bank charges are borne by the customer. If paypal was used, the expenses are the responsibility of My Perfect Way.

FINAL PAYMENT

Payment of the remaining amount of the cost of the route purchased must be made up to 45 days prior to the date of the route.

CANCELLATION

Taking into account that My Perfect Way is a company that carries out outdoor activities, it is subject to the weather conditions that occur during the route, and there may be a need to change itineraries to ensure better conditions and safety.

Situations that may be at the origin of itinerary changes:

- adverse weather conditions with cyclonic winds and excessive precipitation

- forest fires

- legal requirements

Cancellation can be done as follows:

- up to 45 days prior to the date of the route, with written communication, 50% of the initial advance returned

- after the 45 days prior the date of the completion of the route, no refund will be made of any amount, the amount being credited to be used on a new date.
